Fred G. Daniels was admitted to practice in New York in 1976. Mr. Daniels has a practice with an emphasis on commercial and real estate law.

Mr. Daniel’s practice involves plaintiff and defense litigation with respect to real estate developers, owners, operators, management companies and corporate clients on all issues arising out of rentals and leasing, as well as litigation involving cooperatives and condominiums. The matters involve all types of eviction proceedings, ADA discrimination, warranty of habitability claims, fraud, tortious interference with contract, assault, wrongful termination and errors and omissions claims as well as environmental issues involving lead paint pollution and/or building violations.
